Diane -- Later this month, the Supreme Court could rule against a critical piece of the Affordable Care Act that helps cover the costs of health insurance. If they do, millions of people could lose their coverage. There are a lot of Republicans, some of whom think they should be the next person to sit behind my desk, who are hoping that happens. You played an important part to make the Affordable Care Act law five years ago, but it's clear that our mission -- making health care a reality for every American -- isn't complete yet.
