| | | Diane – from gerrymandering to voter suppression to trying to overturn the results of the 2020 election, we've seen example after example of Republican cheating. That's why A.G. Holder launched the NDRC in the first place – to combat some of the most egregious examples of that cheating.
And thanks to your support, we've had a lot of success. As President Obama said of the 2022 elections, "It's now unlikely that control of the [U.S. House of Representatives] will be determined strictly by the way maps are drawn."

First, a number of redistricting lawsuits are still pending. FOUR states still have lawsuits that could affect the 2022 elections.
Second, speaking of those elections – we need to make sure Republicans don't stack state courts with judges who they believe will rubber-stamp their maps. And third, we have to hold Republicans like Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis accountable for their map manipulation.
