First, a number of redistricting lawsuits are still pending. FOUR states still have lawsuits that could affect the 2022 elections.
Second, speaking of those elections – we need to make sure Republicans don't stack state courts with judges who they believe will rubber-stamp their maps. And third, we have to hold Republicans like Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis accountable for their map manipulation.
