YES »  NO »  DianeA, In 2015, Vice President Joe Biden helped secure the Paris Climate Agreement, uniting the world to tackle the existential threat of climate change. But President Trump recklessly threw away that hard-won progress when he announced he was pulling the United States out of the agreement. DianeA, it is outrageous, but not surprising. Donald Trump ignores science and has done everything he can to reverse the Obama-Biden Administration’s actions to address the climate crisis. I know where Joe Biden stands on the issue of climate change. On day one of a Biden Administration, the United States will rejoin this agreement AND lead a major diplomatic push to get every participating country to increase the ambitions of its climate targets.
