President Obama said it best, friend: "Victory begins with unifying as one team."

It is in our opponents' best interest to sow division and disunity within our party so they can win another four years for Trump.
DemocratsJoin us.

Under 30 minutes. That's all the time it took after news broke that Senator Sanders was suspending his campaign for president for Donald Trump to take to Twitter to spew false, divisive smears about the Democratic Party and our candidates.

Then, just hours later, Trump's campaign sent a fundraising email to their supporters with even more outlandish claims about the DNC, our candidates, and the media.

Trying to divide Democrats in 2020 is exactly how Trump and the RNC think they'll win this November, friend -- and their strategy is already on display for the world to see. It is in our opponents' best interest to sow division and disunity within our party so they can win another four years for Trump. Right now, I am asking you to join me in telling them that will not happen.

Donate $7 -- or anything you can -- to the Democratic Unity Fund today if you're committed to party unity, helping presumptive nominee Vice President Joe Biden defeat Trump, and electing Democrats in all 50 states.

President Obama launched the Democratic Unity Fund alongside the DNC because he knows that our party is at its strongest when we unite behind our shared values and common purpose. Take a look at what he's said about the fund:

Committing to party unity is not always easy. But it is what this moment in our politics -- and our history -- demands of us. Victory begins with unifying as one team. -- Barack Obama

The DNC is the sole party organization responsible for putting a Democratic president in the White House and electing Democrats nationwide, and we're hard at work building the early organizing programs, data overhaul, and technology infrastructure needed to make that mission a reality. But that fight cannot be won without you, friend. I am calling on you to make a powerful, unwavering commitment to unity by making your first contribution directly to the Democratic Unity Fund today.

Will you donate $7 directly to the Democratic Unity Fund to show Trump and Republicans that Democrats are united and ready to win this November? Anything you give today will make a big difference in our fight, and will send a strong message that Democrats are uniting to win nationwide this year.

In unity,

Tom

Tom Perez
Chair
Democratic National Committee

P.S. We have a few short months left to build the strongest Democratic Party in modern history -- one that Democratic candidates at every level will need to win across the country. Look at what we have on file for your support, then please make a $7 donation to the Democratic Unity Fund.

President Barack Obama, Nancy Pelosi, Madeleine Albright, and many 2020 primary candidates threw their support behind the Democratic Unity Fund.

"Building the movement for fair maps is essential to protecting and expanding progress in the next decade... Our ability to make progress will always be rooted in our commitment to organizing."
-- President Obama

We're in this fight for the same reasons as President Obama. Fair maps are essential to fair elections, a stronger democracy, and achieving progress in the next decade.

Right now, we're seeing the impacts of gerrymandering on our communities. From voter suppression to the lack of expanded access to Medicaid, manipulated maps have further burdened our state and local systems.

President Obama asked you to help protect the next decade of progress by ending gerrymandering. Will you answer his call, Diane?

Protect progress by ending gerrymandering

As President Obama said, politicians in some of our most gerrymandered states have ignored the will of their constituents. In times like these, we realize why building a strong foundation of progressive values is so important -- we can't afford to put communities at greater risk.

The truth is, gerrymandering has allowed politicians to obstruct and even dismantle progress over the past decade. That's why President Obama asked you to help protect the next decade of progress. With your grassroots donation, All On The Line can empower volunteers with the tools and resources they need to fight for fair maps. Subject: Ten years ago

Friend,

We're living through a pandemic that's straining our families, our communities, and our health care system -- especially the medical professionals who are putting their lives on the line every day to save lives and keep our country going. We owe them and everybody on the front lines of this pandemic a profound debt of gratitude. More than ever, we're all in this together.

This crisis also lays bare a lot of truths about our economy and our society. One of them is just how critical health insurance is for every family. Ten years ago this month, I signed the Affordable Care Act into law. And thanks to the hard work of people like you who fought to pass and implement it, we've seen tremendous progress in the decade since -- like providing access to quality, affordable health care to 20 million people and protecting 135 million Americans with preexisting conditions.

Together we changed the lives of millions of people. We saved lives. Because we fought for something we believed in. It's a testament to the power of grassroots organizing.

But right now -- right when people need health care the most -- too many politicians are still trying to dismantle the Affordable Care Act, kick millions off their insurance, and end preexisting conditions protections.

And in some of the most gerrymandered states in the country, there are governors and legislators who continue to reject Medicaid expansion, ignoring the will of their own constituents and putting their communities at greater risk in this pandemic.

We cannot afford another 10 years of gerrymandering-fueled obstruction and pain. That's why All On The Line is focused on empowering people to fight for fair maps -- because right now, our access to health care is on the line. Will you help protect the future of the ACA by donating to All On The Line today?

In 2021, we have the opportunity to define the next 10 years of progress -- not only for health care, but also for climate change, immigration reform, gun violence prevention, criminal justice reform, voting rights, and every other issue we care about. If we don't take action to end gerrymandering now, we'll be dealing with obstruction for another decade -- years that we cannot afford.

Friend, to mark the 10-year anniversary of passing the Affordable Care Act, I'm asking you to protect the progress we've made and continue fighting for progress on all of the issues we care about. Can we count on you?
Thank you for supporting All On The Line's effort to end gerrymandering,
Barack Obama
