Falling short of midnight's goal isn't an option

The fact that Donald Trump's re-election has already raised $100 million should scare us.

Donald Trump's campaign has already raked in more than 25 times what President Obama raised and more than 30 times what President Bush raised by this point in their re-election bids. When I say we can't afford to come up short this deadline, I truly mean it. Tonight is the final deadline of the year, so we set an ambitious fundraising goal to help close the gap on Trump. Before midnight, we need 20 more supporters from Montross to step up and help hit our goal. So I'm asking you directly: Will you make a $3 donation before midnight tonight to help reach this goal and defeat Donald Trump and the GOP in 2020? With the amount of money Trump has raised this early in the game, you better bet he's going to have an even stronger ground game in 2020. We cannot afford to put our democracy and American families through the ringer with four more years under Donald Trump. Trump's government shutdown is proof: We must start building the infrastructure to elect Democrats in 2019 and defeat him and the GOP in 2020.
