| Diane, The fight for a strong, healthy democracy never stops, and it takes all of us doing our part. No one understands that better than President Barack Obama.  If you won't take it from us, take it from President Obama himself: we can't win our fight for a fairer democracy without your help. So can you fuel this fight alongside President Obama and chip in to our work for fair maps? This work is urgent because everywhere you look — from the federal level all the way down to the local level — our democracy is under attack. Over and over again, Republicans are launching partisan attempts to gerrymander our legislative maps, disenfranchise communities of color, and bend our democracy in their favor. So long as that is the case, we have to keep up the heat and fight back against these attempts with everything we've got. Every day gives our movement another chance to tilt the scales in favor of justice. And as President Obama said, this fight requires all of us to come together.
In this era of perpetual battles to protect our democracy, we have to stay vigilant and engaged. But with people like you and President Obama on our side, we can continue coming out on top. Thanks, Diane. — NDRC
