This is about basic dignity - add your name if you agree:

Diane --

This fight against LGBT discrimination is about basic dignity.

Right now, House Speaker John Boehner is basically saying he doesn't care about that.

The future of the Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which passed the Senate last year, is in his hands -- and his strategy is to refuse to call a vote, in what appears to be a desperate attempt to stop the wave of progress toward LGBT equality.

If you ask me, that's pretty weak -- add your name to let John Boehner know we're not kidding around about fighting LGBT discrimination.

No one in any corner of this country should ever be fired because they're gay or transgender. I think almost all of us can agree on that -- it's about time that the law reflects that across the country.

President Obama is leading the way -- the executive action he proposed this week will prohibit federal contractors from discriminating based on sexual orientation or gender identity.

Those are the same protections every American worker should have.

Standing up to the kind of crap John Boehner is doing on this issue is a fight I'm proud to be part of.

I hope you are, too -- add your name today:
