The GOP-drawn congressional map in Kansas had been overturned in court last month in part because it would unfairly impact Black and Hispanic voters in the Kansas City area.
But this week, the Kansas Supreme Court reinstated this gerrymandered map.

We don't know what will happen next in Kansas -- but we do know that voters will have to work even harder to be heard despite a gerrymandered map that diminishes the voting power of communities of color as the cost of the conservatives' undeserved and unchecked political power.
