Barack and I hope to see you in Richmond

Friend --

I've been looking forward to this weekend. This Saturday, Barack and I are joining thousands of supporters in Richmond for one of the first big rallies of this campaign.

In 2008, thousands of folks like you turned out and changed the direction of our country.

This weekend, we need you to say you're with us again in 2012. We need your help to make sure we can keep moving forward.

We can't do this without you, so please RSVP today.

Here are the details:

What: Rally in Richmond

Where: Stuart Siegel Center
Virginia Commonwealth University
1200 West Broad Street
Richmond, VA 23284

When: Saturday, May 5th
Doors open 1:45 p.m.

I'm in

In the time since Barack was elected, he has never lost sight of how he got here -- not once. He knows it's because of people like you, who put in long hours of hard work in your communities because you're committed to making this country stronger and leaving behind a better world for our children.

We all share the same vision -- of an economy where if you work hard and play by the rules, you have a fair shot to get ahead.

On Saturday, Barack will be talking about the issues that matter most to families in Virginia and across the country. Whether it's health care, or our economy, or the quality of our children's schools, between now and Election Day, we can never forget what's at stake and who we are fighting for.

That's why we need you to be there on Saturday. We need you to get "fired up." We need you to be "ready to go." And we want all of you to be part of this moment.

I hope I'll see you there,
