Diane -- We already know that John Boehner is willing to let the government shut down in order to make a political point. By tomorrow at midnight, we're going to find out if he will actually go through with failing to fund the Department of Homeland Security. The only way he knocks this off is if he feels pressure from the American people -- so it's never been more important to stand up and say "Enough already!" The new Congress has been in session for less than two months -- and these leaders are still manufacturing crises instead of governing responsibly. This latest showdown is all because they don't agree with the common-sense actions President Obama took to fix our broken immigration system. That bears repeating: They're holding funding hostage for the sake of political gamesmanship. Well, they need to know the people they represent don't think this is a game. It's our government.
