Rick Perry for president?

Here's a familiar sentence: Rick Perry, the former governor of Texas, is running to be the Republican nominee for president.

You're going to hear a lot of talk over the next few months about whether Rick Perry is ready for another shot at the White House. He'll try to frame his time as the governor of Texas as a blueprint for his plan for America. We'll give him this much -- we should take a look at what he did for Texans.
