Let's talk about the offensive and inflammatory remarks that we've heard from Republican presidential candidates lately.
It's not just Donald Trump, although he has certainly been grabbing all of the headlines. Ted Cruz and Jeb Bush are both on the record saying we should provide only Christian refugees with a safe haven from terrorism (Jeb even said he'd make refugees "prove" their faith -- unbelievable!). Marco Rubio wants to consider shutting down not only mosques but "any place" where Muslims gather in this country. These guys are in the race too, so while Trump may get most of the attention, his fellow Republicans are matching his divisive rhetoric point for point.
And tonight, I'm going to bet that we hear some more extreme statements from this field, because the final GOP debate of 2015 starts at 8:30 p.m. ET, which means we have a great opportunity to expose each of these candidates for who they really are and what they really believe.
So let us know you'll be watching tonight's Republican debate, then gather your friends and family around the TV so they can hear what these candidates really believe, in their own words:
Thanks for doing this work, Diane.
