It's going to take all of us, Diane

Diane -- This is my favorite time of year: I'm heading back to San Antonio to spend the holidays with my family and see friends -- and enjoy the Texas Christmas weather! But I wanted to write to you about something important before we all get wrapped up in this week's celebrations. Diane, my daughter just celebrated her second birthday, and I've been thinking a lot about what her future is going to look like. I'm so proud to be a member of the party that has an optimistic view of what America is and can be. Democrats want to give everyone a shot at the kinds of opportunities my brother Julián and I had. Ours is a party that believes in making quality education accessible to all, taking action to fight climate change, and working together to make the world a safer and more peaceful place, both abroad and at home.
