Invest in the economic progress you're fighting for:

Organizing for Action
Diane --

Friday's jobs report wasn't just great news -- it showed that November was the 57th month in a row of job growth, the longest streak on record.

Our economy has added more than 10.9 million private-sector jobs in that time. And that's not the only good news: 17 states have recently raised the minimum wage.

As someone who has stood up to fight for creating economic opportunity, you should know you had a hand in this progress. I hope you're proud of that.

OFA is gearing up for a critical 2015 -- we're the people fighting to keep our economy growing from the middle out instead of the top down. That's going to be especially important when the issues we care about face new opposition in Congress. Will you make a donation today to help build the movement that's fighting for progress?

Over the last year, I've been particularly amazed by the thousands of OFA supporters who fought for minimum wage increases in Nebraska, Illinois, and Albuquerque, New Mexico. Voters in each of those fights took huge steps toward raising the wage.

We'll keep fighting for progress in every state so that hardworking Americans everywhere can earn a fair wage -- and we're not about to lose sight of the fact that Congress can still act to give hard-working Americans a raise.

We also need to make long-term investments in our infrastructure, to build and repair the roads, bridges, airports, and trains people depend on every single day.

President Obama said it best last week: "It makes no sense for us to have a first-class economy but second-class infrastructure."

That requires a Congress that stops governing from crisis to crisis, and puts an end to the idea that shutting down the government is reasonable as political payback for something the President did.

At the end of the day, the reason this work is important is because we know that positive economic news isn't just about numbers. This is about what working Americans are experiencing in their everyday lives.

That's why I'm asking you to make an investment in the organizing that goes to bat for hard-working Americans. Chip in today:
