A.G. Holder and President Obama partnered together because they realized what was at stake: democracy, fairness, and the future of our country. The 2016 election and years to follow were a pivotal point in our country.
All was on the line -- our rights as Americans were challenged. We knew redistricting was critical to prevent anti-democratic political institutions from silencing voters and jeopardizing progress in our nation. So we built a movement to fight for fair electoral maps and a government that represents us all.
