Stand up for Obamacare

Friend -- We've heard a lot of good news about the Affordable Care Act lately -- the uninsured rate is at or near historic lows, 2014 saw the largest gains in coverage in four decades, and more than 11 million people signed up for private health care coverage through insurance exchanges. But let's be clear about one thing: Republicans have put years of effort into undoing health care reform, and they're not backing down now. No matter how much good this law is doing -- no matter how many millions of people have been able to get covered and no matter how many unfair or discriminatory practices have been ended -- our opponents are determined to take us backwards. I'm going to do everything in my power to make sure that doesn't happen. But I need to know you're still with me.
