Refusing to consider any nominee of President Obama -- especially a nominee like Judge Garland, who is eminently qualified and was confirmed as a federal judge with strong bipartisan support -- is extreme and irresponsible. President Obama did his job and nominated someone that would be an exemplary judge. And OFA supporters are going to be doing theirs -- calling for a fair hearing and a timely vote for this nominee.
