So...last night

And yet, in those 30 minutes, he: Praised Vladimir Putin as a more effective leader than President Obama. Said our "generals have been reduced to rubble" and suggested he would fire them. Lied about his support of the war in Iraq. He's on the record as coming out in support of it in 2002, no matter how many times he tries to get out of that one. I could go on. In any other year, any one of these or the many other false claims and convoluted "policies" we heard from Trump last night would be disqualifying for a major party's candidate. Instead, he's pulling a few points ahead in the most recent polls and raising a ton of money -- $90 million last month -- that will almost certainly fund a major attack ad blitz.
