Your stress ball for debate night

DemocratsJoin us.
We all have our own ways of coping with election stress, Diane -- I like to run, there's a group here at the DNC that does yoga every weekend, I've seen coloring pages, crafts, and a dwindling supply of snacks as we get closer to November 8th.

I came back to the DNC as Communications Director a few weeks ago, and now that my main job is following every outlandish, offensive and untrue thing Donald Trump says, I've found that I need to blow off some steam more and more.

We thought you might be feeling the same way, Diane -- so our awesome digital team came up with a virtual Donald Trump stress ball for you just in time for tonight's debate.

As you squeeze, we'll share simple ways you can help build the campaign to beat Trump -- so you can channel your debate-night stress into something productive. Throughout the night, we'll be sharing updates on which parts of Trump's performance are getting supporters like you the most fired up to fight back.

Every time Donald Trump gets you riled up tonight, whether you're feeling offended or scared, think he's unfit for office, a bully, or just a downright liar, head over to And while you're there, pitch in a few dollars to make sure we keep Trump far, far away from the White House. Because nothing feels better than knowing you're doing everything you can to help elect Democrats and stop the Party of Trump this November:

P.S. -- I'm going to be doing a Facebook Live from our debate war room at 8:30 tonight, so be sure to tune in to hear how we're gearing up for Hillary's big night!

Paid for by the Democratic National Committee, 430 South Capitol Street SE, Washington DC 20003 and not authorized by any candidate or candidate's committee. Contributions or gifts to the Democratic National Committee are not tax deductible.
