The voting rights bills that they are blocking in the Senate would enact exactly the reforms we need to stop them from gerrymandering and restricting voting rights in the states. Here's how President Obama explained it: So you can see why Senate Republicans are so eager to obstruct federal legislation that will stop state-level Republicans from gerrymandering and restricting the freedom to vote. But just because they're doing it doesn't mean we're going to let them get away with it!
